WACKYS is opening a brand-new Krugersdorp restaurant and seeks energetic individuals to join a launch team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and SOP adherence, manage stock and purchasing, handle customer issues, and drive profitability.

A strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and safety is expected as the business builds its store culture from day one. We value practical restaurant and fast-food service experience, with GAAP/Micros knowledge considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum +1 year related experience required.
• GAAP/Micros experience and knowledge - advantageous.
• Management skills

• Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away
• Ensuring quality standards of food and WACKYS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
• Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing and orders
• Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant/ take-away
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
• Managing staff including discipline and work rosters
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward
