Key duties include overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, stock control, customer service excellence, staff management and driving profitability while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and fast-food service experience, minimum 1 year.
• GAAP/Micros experience advantageous.
• Strong management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintain quality standards per SOPs.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP targets.
• Manage staff, rosters and discipline.
• Work with the team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away
• Ensuring quality standards of food and COMPANY'S Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
• Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing and orders
• Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant/ take-away
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
• Managing staff including discipline and work rosters
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum +1 year related experience required
• GAAP/ Micros experience and knowledge - advantageous
