Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quotations and Internal Sales Administrator in Johannesburg. This role will focus on preparing quotations, order processing, and providing internal sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in sales support or customer service.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations based on product pricing.
• Process customer orders, coordinate with external sales representatives.
• Maintain comprehensive sales documentation and assist with reporting.
