Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices; coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Support field sales with account management, reports, and client proposals as required.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor market trends to inform management.
