Job summary

VirtuHire's client is seeking a motivated IT Sales Account Manager for an entry-level role with structured training and progression opportunities.

You will develop your sales skills through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, booking meetings, preparing quotes, and gradually managing customer accounts. You will use CRM systems and Microsoft 365, with a focus on English communications and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years experience in sales, telesales, sales development, or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communication over the phone and via email.
• Resilience and willingness to work toward sales targets.
• Genuine interest in technology and building a career in sales.
• Proactive, motivated and coachable attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Outbound phone and email outreach to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and assess potential customers' needs.
• Book meetings and support the sales process.
• Prepare and send quotes to prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with customers and work towards managing accounts independently.
• Use CRM systems and Microsoft 365 to support sales activities.
• Work towards sales targets, build a healthy pipeline and close deals.
• Learn from sales leadership through training, coaching, and ongoing development.
