Job summary

TGTC is seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help build the digital infrastructure for grant funding. You’ll contribute to backend, frontend, and AI pipeline work in a fast AI-native environment, reporting to the CTO. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience or strong university projects and a keen willingness to learn.

You’ll join a team that values ownership, hands-on learning, and a clear path toward senior roles, with remote work options and close mentoring from leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience or a strong project-based track record from university.
• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Curiosity across the full stack: React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS.
• Strong desire to learn how production software is built and operated.
• AI-native mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end across backend and frontend.
• Work across the stack using React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS.
• Start with guidance and progressively take on greater ownership.
• Collaborate with CTO and grant team to solve real user problems.
• Focus on user-first software that works for real people.
