Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to own problems from discovery to production across frontend, backend, infrastructure and the AI pipeline for AntragPlus.

You will join as one of the first engineering hires, shaping architecture, engineering standards and the product while delivering end-to-end features and robust production systems. Fully remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Experience with AI pipelines and production-grade deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end product features independently, including the user interface.
• Work confidently across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline.
• Develop interfaces with a usability-first mindset for grant writers.
• Take ownership from discovery through production deployment.
• Improve workflows to reduce project start-to-submit time.
