Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer – AI to help build the digital infrastructure for grant funding. You will work on backend, frontend, and the AI pipeline, guided by the CTO, with a path toward senior roles.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience or strong projects, and a strong desire to learn across the stack including React, Node/Express, Postgres, and AWS, plus exposure to AI tooling like Claude Code or Cursor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional Software Engineer experience or recent graduate with strong projects.
• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Curiosity to work across the full stack: React, Node/Express, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• AI-native development mindset and familiarity with tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end across backend and user interface.
• Work across the stack: React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS.
• Grow from guided work to independent feature ownership with CTO mentorship.
• Help build the platform's AI pipeline and AI-powered features.
