Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build a digital infrastructure for grant funding, spanning frontend, backend, infrastructure and AI pipelines. You will shape architecture, drive production systems, and own features end-to-end.

You will be one of the first engineering hires, with ownership over technical decisions, engineering standards, and the product itself, contributing to AI capabilities and scalable infrastructure for grant management.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong depth in Postgres, including JSONB, query performance, and migrations.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AI pipelines in production.
• Experience with LLMs and AI-powered applications.
• High autonomy and ownership with proactive problem solving.
• Usability-first mindset for end-user interfaces.
• AI-native development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Work confidently across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline.
• Collaborate with the grant team to address real user problems, not just predefined tickets.
• Design interfaces with a usability-first mindset for grant writers.
• Own problems from discovery to production deployment.
• Contribute to reducing time from project start to final submission through automation and better workflows.
• Develop and operate AI pipelines in production.
