Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AI-powered applications in production.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend, and AI pipelines.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure concepts (ECS, RDS) and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end product features, including the user interface.
• Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline.
• Collaborate with the grant team to address real user problems.
• Develop interfaces with a usability-first mindset for grant writers.
• Take ownership from discovery through production deployment.
• Improve workflows to reduce time from project start to submitted application.
• Advance AI capabilities through prompt engineering and context management.
• Operate and monitor the live production environment with proper tooling.
