Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Software Engineer to help build the digital infrastructure for grant funding. You will contribute to full-stack development with React, Node/Express, Postgres and AWS, while learning how production software is built in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

We welcome early-career engineers with 1–3 years of experience or strong projects from recent graduates. You’ll work closely with the CTO, receive mentoring, and have the chance to grow toward senior engineering,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, or recent university graduation with strong technical projects.
• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Curiosity and willingness to work across the full stack, including React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS.
• Strong desire to learn how production software is built and operated.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Full-Stack Engineering: Ship features end-to-end across backend and UI, work across the stack (React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS).
• AI Development: Build the platform's AI pipeline, prompt engineering and AI evaluations.
• Production & Debugging: Trace and fix bugs in production using Sentry, CloudWatch, and Postgres.
• Learning & Engineering Growth: Learn from the CTO, participate in code reviews, and grow toward independent feature ownership.
