Job summary

The Global Talent Co. invites applications for a Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI to join as one of the first engineering hires. You will own end-to-end development of the AntragPlus platform, spanning backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI pipelines.

Expect autonomy, high ownership, and a hand‑on role shaping architecture, standards, and the product in a growing AI-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with the grant team, build scalable features, and push production-ready AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack.
• Strong experience with Postgres, JSONB, performance optimization and migrations.
• Hands-on full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend, including Next.js, React Query, Express, and BullMQ.
• Experience building and operating AI pipelines in production, not only API usage.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI-powered apps, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline.
• Collaborate with grant team to translate real user problems into software solutions.
• Design usable interfaces for grant writers and own production deployments.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines, experiment with prompts and model selection.
• Own technical decisions, architecture, and engineering standards as an early team member.
