Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT or technology roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract technical talent in a competitive market.
• Solid understanding of various IT specializations (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving recruitment challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, from understanding client needs to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract specialized IT professionals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with IT professionals and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Utilize recruitment databases, job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and the talent market landscape.
• Contribute to market research and provide insights on compensation and candidate availability.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
