Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years IT technical support experience, preferably in MSP environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills.
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Solid networking knowledge: VLANs, NAT, routing, firewall exposure.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite support to clients.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, server, AD, network and connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain servers, domain environments, and network infrastructure.
- Manage user environments, permissions, and security.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations.
