Qualifications

• 5+ years IT technical support experience, preferably in MSP environments.

• Solid networking knowledge: VLANs, NAT, routing, firewall exposure.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on IT Technician with strong experience across Microsoft environments, networking, and client support. This is a client-facing role — both onsite and remote — within an SLA-driven support environment. THE ROLE

• Provide remote and onsite support to clients
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, server, Active Directory, network and connectivity issues
• Configure and maintain servers, domain environments, and network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Manage user environments, permissions, and security
• Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in IT technical support (MSP experience advantageous)
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Solid networking: switching (VLANs, trunking, STP), routing (NAT, static routes), firewall exposure (Fortigate, Sophos, MikroTik advantageous)
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (this is what moves you up the salary band)

• Microsoft 365 advanced: Exchange Online (mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SharePoint & OneDrive admin, Teams support
• Azure / Entra ID: Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access
• Virtualization: Hyper-V and/or VMware
• Backup solutions: Veeam, Acronis, or cloud backups
• Practical networking: VPN setup (IPSec, SSL VPN), WAN troubleshooting (PPPoE, fibre, LTE failover)
