Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• CompTIA A+ or higher certifications advantageous.
• 2–4 years IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Active Directory familiarity and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint environments.
• Assist with hardware deployment and asset management.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues.
• Escalate complex technical incidents when necessary.
• Maintain accurate IT service desk records and documentation.
• Perform software updates, patches, and system maintenance.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint protection solutions.
• Participate in disaster recovery and backup procedures.
