Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr is seeking an IT Technician in Johannesburg to provide end-to-end user support and maintain our IT environment. You will resolve issues, analyse requirements, and install hardware and software through our internal Helpdesk.

Responsibilities include AD/Exchange Online administration, Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online support, Windows environments, and basic networking. The role requires 4–5 years in IT support and a relevant IT degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.
• IT degree or relevant IT qualification essential.
• 4-5 years IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to provide IT user support at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Hardware and software support and maintenance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Cloud services.
• Support Windows environments and mobile devices.
• Perform AD and Exchange Online administration.
