Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in IT support / helpdesk.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and networking fundamentals.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (A+, N+, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 setup and user support.
• Prepare devices for new staff and manage asset registers.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi/connectivity and escalate complex issues.
• Support IT projects and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to security policies and perform antivirus checks.
