Job summary

Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr is seeking an IT Technician to deliver user support and maintain the IT environment from the Cape Town office. The role involves troubleshooting, installing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth operation of the internal Helpdesk.

The successful candidate should have an IT degree or equivalent qualification, Matric, and at least 3 years of corporate IT support experience, with familiarity in Office 365 and SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with IT degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Windows environments and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support at all levels and resolve issues via the Helpdesk.
• Maintain hardware and software solutions and assist with installations.
• Administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support AD administration, file servers and basic networking.
• Communicate with users and escalate issues as needed.
