Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent; IT certifications are advantageous.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be able to work full-time at Bloemfontein office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing and monitoring network infrastructure.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Document IT support activities and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
