Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or relevant vendors.
• Assist in setting up new user accounts, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Perform routine IT system checks and maintenance.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and support procedures.
• Contribute to IT asset management and inventory control.
• Provide basic training to end-users on software and hardware usage.
