Placements24 is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join its IT Support Apprenticeship program in Pretoria. You will provide essential technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.

You will learn from experienced IT professionals, gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies, and receive structured IT training and certification support, with potential for remote work flexibility

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with IT-related subjects.
• Basic understanding of hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
• Assist with user account management and permissions.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to IT asset management and inventory tracking.
