Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, remotely and in the office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the IT helpdesk system.
• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as required.
