Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment with 3+ years in leadership or senior consultative roles.
• Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment projects.
• Expertise in executive search, headhunting, and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to advise at executive levels.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and driving client partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Tembisa, Gauteng market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
