Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT recruitment experience in-house or agency
• Strong sourcing and interview skills with ability to assess technical aptitude
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Interest in technology sector and Randburg market

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking and referrals
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer
• Partner with clients to understand technical needs and culture
• Stay updated on IT market trends to provide informed guidance
• Develop and implement IT recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Negotiate offers and assist onboarding
