Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for incoming queries on computer systems, software and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person, by telephone, or email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Guide users through problem-solving steps.
