Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT/CS or related field.
• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users.

• Troubleshoot, document solutions, and close tickets in the helpdesk system.
