Job summary

Dante Personnel seeks an experienced finance administrator focused on invoicing and sales support in a busy environment. You will manage warehouse invoicing processes, credit-note preparation, and liaison with the bookkeeper to track payments and status.

The role requires excellent numerical accuracy, speed, and a proactive approach to stock control and problem solving under pressure. Flexibility and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in invoicing, sales administration or a similar busy finance environment
• Sage 200/Pastel Evolution is non-negotiable
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
• Exceptional numerical accuracy, speed; stock/batch awareness; able to manage pressure
• Professional, honest, reliable, flexible and eager to learn; respects financial and stock controls
• Coordinate warehouse invoice sign-off, drivers sheets, petrol/toll records, PODs, missing signatures and redeliveries
• Prepare supported credit-note packs, update credit-note registers and reconcile product recalls
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries; liaise with Bookkeeper and Debtors Clerk on payment status
• Must be able to work efficiently
