Objective Personnel in Centurion is seeking a sales-driven professional to manage existing customers and win new business. You will handle quotes, build a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pricing.

A strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge is essential. You will engage with customers directly, maintain superb relationships, and drive revenue growth while upholding professional standards and ethical practices.

Competenze

• Matric or Senior Certificate.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Proven experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of the company’s products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Syspro and Dynamics 365 BC.
• Customer interaction and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Commitment to service excellence.

• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.

• Call on existing and potential new customers and report daily interactions.
• Schedule follow-up visits and maintain engagement.
• Pursue new business to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Secure orders from at least 2 new customers per month.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
