Job summary

SKG is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Administrator to maintain and grow relationships with customers, both internal and external. You will manage sales processes from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires matric and at least 2 years in sales or customer service, excellent communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Training and growth opportunities available in a dynamic property group.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and liaise with Customers and Dispatch.
• Ensure Orders are dispatched timeously.
• Monitor and deliver back-orders.
• Assist the Factory Manager with monitoring Production.
• Handle receipt of orders.
• Process Customer orders through the system.
• Place orders with Suppliers.
• Update and maintain order register and send weekly updates to relevant parties.
• Receive stock from suppliers and complete GRVs.
