Job summary

Isth staff Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service Administrator in Goodwood/Parow, Western Cape. You will support sales administration, handle quotations, orders, and customer liaison in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves close collaboration with account executives, production, planning and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and responsive service to key household brands.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 as minimum education requirement.
• Qualifications in Administrating/Marketing are beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, specifications and delivery requirements.
• Capture and verify customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate before processing.
• Liaise with Account Executives/Account Manager, Production, Planning, Quality and Logistics to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Monitor orders and proactively follow up on outstanding issues or delays.
• Handle customer queries and resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Assist the sales team with pricing, quotations, order status and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
• Manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
