Job summary

SKG in East London, South Africa, is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Administrator to maintain and develop relationships with customers, both internal and external. You will support the sales process from inquiry to delivery and help ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales / customer service environment.
• Psychometric tests are required for shortlisted candidates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and liaise with Customers and Dispatch.
• Ensure Orders are dispatched timeously.
• Monitor and deliver back-orders.
• Assist the Factory Manager with monitoring Production.
• Handle receipt of orders.
• Process Customer orders through the system.
• Place orders with Suppliers.
• Update and maintain order register and send weekly updates to relevant parties.
• Receive stock from suppliers and complete GRVs.
