HotelJobs in Roodepoort, South Africa, is seeking an Internal Sales Supervisor to support the Internal Sales Manager by overseeing daily customer-facing activities and ensuring service excellence. You will guide staff on KPIs, manage orders and quotations, coordinate exports, and supervise front desk/showroom operations.

You will drive process improvements, monitor case management queues, and ensure timely problem-solving to sustain customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Formación

• Matric and a tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing are required.
• 3-5 years in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in retail/wholesale or foodservice equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM systems, and ERP systems is essential.
• Customer service oriented with strong follow-up and feedback skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational activities of all customer-facing support functions.
• Guide and manage employees in relation to performance and KPIs.
• Supervise order processing, quotations, export coordination, case management, and front desk/showroom functions.
• Implement strategies to improve customer service and reduce queries.
• Monitor case queues and ensure timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between Internal and External Sales teams and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Escalate performance concerns and ensure export compliance and system improvements.
• Monitor showroom stock accuracy and prepare operational reports.
