Job summary

HotelJobs in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Manager to own inbound warehouse operations, leading Receiving, Credit & Returns, Administration and Housekeeping. The role focuses on stock accuracy, process discipline and people management in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and 5+ years in warehouse operations, including supervisory experience, with strong exposure to ERP/WMS systems and KPI-driven performance management.

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification with 5+ years in warehouse operations.
2–3 years in a supervisory or management position is preferred.
Strong practical experience in receiving, inventory control and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

Lead daily inbound and receiving operations; oversee stock receiving and off-loading from supplier trucks.
Drive stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes; enforce barcoding and proper documentation.
Manage Credit & Returns processes and related administration; ensure proper filing of PODs and credit notes.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards; ensure equipment is maintained and used correctly.
Coach and develop warehouse teams; set KPIs and monitor performance.
