A client of Greys Recruitment within the Fashion and Beauty sector is seeking an experienced Internal Sales/Key Account Coordinator to join their Johannesburg-based team. You will manage day-to-day internal sales, handle customer queries, and maintain accurate product listings and master data.

The role requires dealing with major retailers, experience in FMCG/retail fashion or beauty, and strong data analysis skills using Excel.

• Experience dealing with major retailers and buyers.
• FMCG, Retail supplier, fashion, beauty, accessories or consumer-goods experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support the day-to-day Internal Sales function and customer queries.
• Manage customer product listings and ensure barcodes, stock codes, descriptions, pricing, pack sizes and other master data are accurate.
• Work with customer buyers and retailers portals on listings, amendments, approvals and follow-ups.
• Pull, prepare and analyse sales, stock, distribution, ordering and customer reports.
• Use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPS]/VLOOKUP and formulas to reconcile and analyse large datasets.
• Identify sales trends, stock gaps, distribution gaps, non-ordering products/stores, pricing discrepancies and other expectations.
