Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar advisory role.
• Valid broker's license or the ability to obtain one promptly.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal, commercial, and life insurance lines.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
