Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related sales role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products (life, non-life, commercial, personal).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
