You will be responsible for the design, implementation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control hardware and software. Key Responsibilities

• Design, select, and specify instrumentation for process control applications, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.
• Develop and maintain instrument loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and installation details.
• Configure and program control systems, including PLCs and DCS, for optimal process performance.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures and schedules to ensure measurement accuracy and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and maintenance personnel, to support plant operations and projects.
• Ensure all instrumentation and control systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in instrumentation and process control engineering.
• Proven experience with various types of instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical).
• Proficiency in configuring and programming control systems and distributed control systems (DCS ).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., HART, Fieldbus, Profibus).
• Experience with process control strategies and tuning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
