NTT DATA is seeking a Lead Inside Sales Client Manager to drive inside sales for existing clients, focusing on transactional opportunities and programmatic use cases. You will mine for new opportunities within an assigned account list and leverage company methodologies to understand client needs and deliver value.

The role acts as an informal team lead, coordinating with stakeholders to grow relationships, minimize churn and maximize retention across solutions, while guiding quotes and sales

• Strong sales business acumen with ability to understand client business and drive outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and grows relationships across assigned accounts and drives expansion and renewals.
• Minimizes churn and maximizes retention in accounts.
• Drives client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
• Identifies current client needs and articulates how services add value.
• Uses sales tools to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts.
• Presents new offerings and closes sales where appropriate.
• Builds strong client relationships and demonstrates industry knowledge.
