Time Personnel is seeking a Technical Business Development Representative in Cape Town to manage existing client relationships and grow the customer base in the engineering sector.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and providing product and service support. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM experience are essential, with bilingual English/Afrikaans abilities.

Qualifications

• Matric required; relevant qualification advantageous.
• 5+ years' sales experience in industrial tools or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Filling out Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
• Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
• Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
• Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
