• Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
• Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

Our international client, a leading provider of quality hardware products, is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Sales Representative to maintain and grow their customer base.

This role will focus on developing strong client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, providing product and service support, and ensuring customer queries and feedback are managed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Matric required; relevant qualification advantageous
• 5+ years' sales experience, ideally within the industrial tools or related sector
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence customers and drive sales outcomes
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
