Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering focused on process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures, process documentation, and best practices.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and workflow analysis to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
• Monitor the performance of implemented improvements, track key metrics, and report findings to management.
