Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial engineering experience focused on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process simulation software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce variability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
