Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years experience in process improvement and industrial engineering within a production environment.
Proven applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and other CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within manufacturing operations.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes; develop SOPs to ensure quality.
