Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in industrial engineering with focus on quality improvement and process efficiency.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and SPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma to enhance quality and productivity.
• Establish and monitor quality control standards throughout manufacturing lifecycle.
• Design and optimize work methods, tool use, and facility layouts to improve flow and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with QA to address compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Train staff on new processes and quality standards.
