Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within manufacturing/industrial settings.
Solid understanding of process design, optimization techniques, and SPC.
Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Develop and implement new process technologies and methodologies to meet production goals.
Monitor KPIs and analyze production data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product introductions and process validation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the facility.
