You will apply a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, 10+ years of progressive experience including leadership, and expertise in lean, Six Sigma, analytics, and data-driven decision making to boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proven experience with project management and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial engineers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Oversee complex industrial engineering projects from conception to evaluation.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation, and modeling to optimize production systems.
