Responsibilities

Oversee and lead major process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and throughput.
Develop and implement strategic plans for capacity expansion and resource optimization.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for innovation.
Implement and manage lean manufacturing systems and tools to minimize waste and maximize value.
Collaborate with production management, quality assurance, and engineering departments to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex operational challenges.
