Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- MBA is a plus but not required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
- 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial engineers to achieve goals.
- Develop and implement the overall industrial engineering strategy for efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee design and implementation of new production processes and facility layouts.
- Drive adoption of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Manage major process improvement projects with timely outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering with business and financial targets.
