• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering management.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and supply chain optimization.
• Proven success in leading teams and managing large-scale operational projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of industrial and process engineers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of production systems and workflows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for all engineering operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
